You can go to the Cloudtop Outpost to disperse heroes of ordinary quality, or go to the Temple of Destiny to advanced heroes. You can also click the "+" sign in the lower-left corner of your Hero Bag- next to the bag capacity and expand it at the cost of Diamonds or Rubies.
