If payment does not proceed normally, you can try inquiring through the customer service center of the app store you are using, or you can try again after clearing your game data.

*If you are using a Guest ID when clearing game data, your account may be lost. Be sure to register before you before clearing data.

*How do I clear game data?
For Android (may differ for different models):
1. Go to Settings - Applications
2. Find Panilla Saga, tap and select Storage
3. Tap Clear Cache
For iPhones:
1. Delete Panilla Saga
2. Reinstall Panilla Saga and Journey On!
