If you have not received your product even after restarting the game after 5-10 minutes, please select Customer Service in-game, or email us at support@ujoy.mail.helpshift.com. Please attach your user ID and billing record in the store.

If you provide the payment time, and order number, we will process it as soon as possible.

▶ Log in with the Google ID you tried to pay -> Check the payment email in the payment history

▶ Log in with your Google ID

▶ Click [Purchase History] on the left menu and check the purchase history

- After logging in, you can check the order number.

You can check your Apple payment receipt in the following ways.

1. After launching iTunes, at the top [Account Login]

2. Select [Account Information]

3. Enter [Password]

4. Purchase history [View All]

5. Select [More] on the right side of the product description
