When leaving station for the first time, after the instruction to drag your camera, tap B at bottom right to stop the train, then tap on the avatar in the bottom left corner to enter the Player Info. Then, tap on Settings - Language to switch.
The game text would be available in English and Simplified Chinese. In the meantime, Japanese voice-over will be supported, with English subtitles included.
